Terms of Participation

These Terms of Participation ("Agreement") govern your participation in the GCS Partner Program ("Program") operated by Greg Stevens, doing business as Genesis College Strategies ("GCS," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing the Program enrollment form, you ("Participant" or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

GCS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Program Overview

The GCS Partner Program allows approved Participants to refer prospective clients to Genesis College Strategies and earn a referral commission when those referrals result in a qualifying enrollment. This is a referral arrangement only — Participants are not employees, agents, or representatives of GCS.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Provide accurate and complete information on the enrollment form

• Agree to and comply with all terms of this Agreement

• Not be a current employee or contractor of GCS

GCS reserves the right to deny or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

3. Referral Commissions

3.1 Commission Schedule

Qualifying referrals that result in a paid enrollment are eligible for the following commissions:

• Platinum+ Concierge Package: $600

• Emerald Concierge Package: $500

• Gold Concierge Package: $300

• Platinum+ Underclass Program: $600

• On-Demand Workshops: $25–$100 (based on product)

Commission amounts are subject to change. Participants will be notified of any changes via email prior to implementation.

3.2 Qualifying Enrollment

A referral qualifies for commission when: (a) the referred client completes enrollment in a GCS program; (b) the referred client’s first payment clears without chargeback or reversal; and (c) the referral is tracked to your unique referral link or code at the time of enrollment. Self-referrals, referrals of immediate family members residing in the same household, and referrals of existing GCS clients do not qualify.

3.3 Payment Timing

Commissions are paid within 30 days of a qualifying enrollment being confirmed. Payment method will be mutually agreed upon between GCS and the Participant at time of payment. GCS reserves the right to withhold commission pending resolution of any dispute, chargeback, or refund request by the referred client.

3.4 No Guarantee

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any commissions. GCS makes no representations regarding expected earnings or referral volume.

4. Referral Tracking

Each Participant will receive a unique referral link or promotional code upon enrollment. Referrals are tracked via this link or code. GCS is not responsible for commissions on referrals that cannot be verified through the tracking system due to browser settings, ad blockers, or failure to use the assigned link or code.

Cookie-based tracking has a 30-day attribution window from the date of the referred client’s first click on your referral link.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Approved Use Only

GCS grants Participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GCS-provided marketing materials ("Approved Materials") solely for the purpose of referring prospective clients to GCS. Approved Materials will be provided by GCS through the Partner Portal at genesiscollegestrategies.com/partner-portal.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

Participants may NOT:

• Modify, alter, or create derivative works from any GCS materials, logo, branding, or content

• Use the GCS name, logo, or branding in any domain name, social media handle, email address, or business name

• Create their own marketing materials referencing GCS without prior written approval

• Reproduce, distribute, or publish any GCS proprietary content, course materials, worksheets, frameworks, or methodologies

• Register any trademark, domain, or social handle incorporating the GCS name or brand

5.3 Ownership

All GCS intellectual property, including but not limited to course content, methodologies, brand assets, the GCS Partner Program name and concept, and all associated materials, remain the sole and exclusive property of Greg Stevens / Genesis College Strategies. Participation in this Program conveys no ownership interest of any kind.

6. Compliance and Conduct

6.1 No Financial or Legal Advice

Participants are strictly prohibited from providing financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any professional guidance in connection with their referral activities. Participants may not make representations about financial aid amounts, scholarship eligibility, college admissions outcomes, or any other specific results. All such guidance is the exclusive domain of licensed GCS professionals.

6.2 Accurate Representations

Participants may only make representations about GCS that are consistent with GCS’s published materials. Participants must not:

• Make guarantees or promises about outcomes (financial aid awards, admissions results, cost savings)

• Misrepresent the nature, scope, or cost of GCS programs

• Claim to be an employee, advisor, or licensed representative of GCS

• Imply any endorsement by GCS of the Participant’s own business or services

6.3 Prohibited Marketing Practices

Participants may not engage in:

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any marketing that violates the CAN-SPAM Act or applicable law

• Paid advertising using GCS brand terms without prior written approval

• Any marketing on platforms or in contexts that would reflect negatively on GCS

• Incentivizing referrals through cash payments, gifts, or other compensation to referred clients

• Cookie stuffing, link hijacking, or any fraudulent tracking manipulation

6.4 Disclosure

Participants who promote GCS through any public channel (social media, blog, email newsletter, podcast, etc.) must clearly disclose their participation in the GCS Partner Program and that they may receive compensation for referrals, in compliance with FTC guidelines.

7. License Protection

Greg Stevens holds professional licenses as a financial advisor. Participants acknowledge that any activity that could jeopardize GCS’s professional standing, regulatory compliance, or licensing is strictly prohibited. GCS may immediately terminate a Participant’s enrollment and pursue legal remedies if Participant engages in any conduct that creates regulatory risk for GCS.

8. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon enrollment and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. GCS may terminate participation immediately for any violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, Participant’s referral link will be deactivated. Commissions on referrals that qualified prior to termination will be paid according to the schedule in Section 3. No commissions will be paid on referrals that had not yet resulted in a qualifying enrollment at the time of termination.

9. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greg Stevens, Genesis College Strategies, and their successors and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) Participant’s violation of this Agreement; (b) Participant’s referral activities; (c) any misrepresentation made by Participant about GCS; or (d) Participant’s violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Limitation of Liability

GCS’s total liability to Participant under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to Participant in the three months preceding the claim. GCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
