Welcome MT PTA Families, Faculty, and Administration!

Our unique and innovative fundraising platform is designed to solve two problems at once.  First, PTAs need funds to enrich the lives of their students and do for them all the amazing things they deserve.  Second, no matter the age of your kids (the younger the better!), a majority of Montana students will be heading to college at some point.  We educate Montana PTA families with top-shelf college advisory services, tools, and resources, while raising funds for the PTA.

Our mission is to help families get their kids into the college of their dreams.

No matter the age of your kids, if college is in their future, you're in the right place.  We can help even if they're not in school yet.  

We have hundreds of years of experience with a deep bench of professional college advisors who consult with families all around the country.  You probably know that college is more expensive than ever.  What you may not know is that it's more competitive and complicated than ever, as well.  

Things are DIFFERENT now.  Processes are different, colleges operate differently, they are managed differently than when you and I were in college.  In short, getting through the process without going through a meat grinder requires guidance by professionals who know how these differences impact families.  

Many families save for college, and that's good, But families need to PLAN for college.  We can help you save if that's what you need (there are good and bad ways to do this), but we focus on PLANNING. Picking the right college, picking the right major, writing the best essays, doing the best interviews, do all those things to get through college in 4 years or less - not 5 or 6 which is commonplace these days.

- Upperclass -

For high school students, this package includes a one-hour meeting, access to our planning software, and the Essentials Workshop.

 All this for 297 dollars, 50 dollars goes to the PTA.  If we decide in your meeting to go with the Platinum+ program, we'll donate an additional 150 dollars to the PTA.

- Essentials - 

  If you'd like to dip your toe in the water and see what we're talking about, this is for you. It's 97 dollars and we donate 10 dollars to the PTA for every family who views it.

It's 80-minutes of vital information walking you through how the modern college system/process operates nowadays.
  

- Underclass -

For students not yet in high school. It can be financed for as long needed as long as it's paid for by the end of your student's sophomore year.
Upon enrollment, we'll donate 200 dollars for each student who enrolls in the program. It includes our Platinum+ level of service (see below), access to the Essentials workshop, and unlimited access to our planning software.

One-on-One Student Mentorship:
  • Sophomore year - 60-minute sessions each quarter.
  • Junior year - 30-minute sessions every month.
  • Senior year - 30-minute sessions every two weeks.

Student Services:
  • Individual assessment on major, college selection, and career.
  • Interest assessment evaluation.
  • Advanced searches for colleges, majors, careers, and studies based on student interests and aptitude.
  • Innovative college search based on demographics and personalized areas of importance.
  • SAT/ACT - personalized test prep to ensure your student scores at their highest potential.
  • Written feedback provided to mom and/or dad.
  • Recommendations for student to optimize objectives.
  • Admission application review and guidance.
  • Essay and application review: unlimited number of essay submissions.
  • Guidance on interviews, letters of recommendation and making the most of this important piece of the puzzle.

Parent Services
  • Calculate Expected Family Contribution/Student Aid Index (SAI/EFC).
  • Provide recommendations on how to reduce EFC/SAI.
  • Provide affordability assessment for the schools of your choice and recommend additional schools to be considered.
  • Analysis of your financial situation to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Recommendations to pay EFC/SAI on a tax-favored basis.
  • Provide financial overview on college, taxes, cash flow, retirement and develop a plan to improve each area.

Financial Aid Data Gathering and Completion:
  • FAFSA and CSS Profile completion and submission.
  • Aid maximization, we make sure you've got the best deal.
  • Confirm accuracy of Student Aid Report (SAR).
  • Make necessary adjustments to FAFSA and CSS Profile.
  • Complete supplemental forms required by individual schools.
  • Evaluation of award letters to make sure offers are fair.
  • Negotiate and perform appeals if your award is inadequate.
  • Personalized loan manual and guidance.
  • Personalized scholarship search - both public and private.
  • Unlimited access to our software, MyTuitionScore, providing ongoing planning reports.
