Hello Georgetown Families, Faculty, and Administration!

Our innovative platform solves two problems.  First, no matter the age of your kids, we educate families with top-shelf college advisory services, tools, and resources.  Second, we raise funds for Georgetown PTAs.

We help families get their kids into their dream colleges.

You probably know that college is more expensive than ever.  You may not know that it's more competitive and complicated, as well.

Many families save for college, and that's good, But families need to PLAN for college.  PLANNING is VITAL!

Who we are...

A team of about 30 college planning professionals who together have hundreds of years of experience. Follow this link to see the awesome team you will be working with.

Here is a summary of our programs.  

Every family should start with the 'Essentials' workshop.  It's the best starting point...

For All Families

  Every family with college-bound kids needs to see this workshop, the 'Essentials.'  It's 97 dollars and we donate 10 dollars to the PTA for the first 500 families.  When we reach 500 families, we double it!

It's 80 minutes of vital information walking you through how the modern college system/process operates.   It's eye-opening and important information.
  

High School

Our Upperclass program includes a one-hour meeting with one of our college advisors, access to our planning software, and the Essentials workshop.

It's 297 dollars, and 50 dollars goes to the PTA.  If we decide in your meeting to go with the Platinum+ program (see below), we'll donate an additional 150 dollars to the PTA.

Grades 1-8

For students not yet in high school. Our Underclass program can be financed as long as it's covered by the end of your student's sophomore year.

Upon enrollment, we donate 200 dollars for each student who enrolls in it. It includes our Platinum+ level of service, the Essentials workshop, and access to our planning software.

The Essentials 

Eighty minutes of timely, relevant, and important information about today's college process.  For 97 dollars, you can educate yourself and 10 dollars goes to your PTA for the first 500 families.  After that, it doubles to 20 dollars per family.

One-on-One Student Mentorship:
  • Sophomore year - 60-minute sessions each quarter.
  • Junior year - 30-minute sessions every month.
  • Senior year - 30-minute sessions every two weeks.

Student Services:
  • Individual assessment on major, college selection, and career.
  • Interest assessment evaluation.
  • Advanced searches for colleges, majors, careers, and studies based on student interests and aptitude.
  • Innovative college search based on demographics and personalized areas of importance.
  • SAT/ACT - personalized test prep to ensure your student scores at their highest potential.
  • Written feedback provided to mom and/or dad.
  • Recommendations for student to optimize objectives.
  • Admission application review and guidance.
  • Essay and application review: unlimited number of essay submissions.
  • Guidance on interviews, letters of recommendation and making the most of this important piece of the puzzle.
Parent Services
  • Calculate Expected Family Contribution/Student Aid Index (SAI/EFC).
  • Provide recommendations on how to reduce EFC/SAI.
  • Provide affordability assessment for the schools of your choice and recommend additional schools to be considered.
  • Analysis of your financial situation to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Recommendations to pay EFC/SAI on a tax-favored basis.
  • Provide financial overview on college, taxes, cash flow, retirement and develop a plan to improve each area.

Financial Aid Data Gathering and Completion:
  • FAFSA and CSS Profile completion and submission.
  • Aid maximization, we make sure you've got the best deal.
  • Confirm accuracy of Student Aid Report (SAR).
  • Make necessary adjustments to FAFSA and CSS Profile.
  • Complete supplemental forms required by individual schools.
  • Evaluation of award letters to make sure offers are fair.
  • Negotiate and perform appeals if your award is inadequate.
  • Personalized loan manual and guidance.
  • Personalized scholarship search - both public and private.
  • Unlimited access to our software, MyTuitionScore, providing ongoing planning reports.
